The body of minor who had drowned in river Jhelum two days ago at Seer Jageer Village of Sopore was retrieved on Friday here.
Rashid Reyaz 9, son of Reyaz Ahmad of Manzseer Sopore drowned into river Jehlum while taking bath with friends at Seer Jageer village.
Police and locals have been searching for the body since.
The body has been handed over to the family for last rites, said an official.
