Srinagar: All Superintendents /Deputy Superintendents and Heads of the examination centers /institutions of the District Pulwama are here by informed to attend a meeting scheduled to be held on October 27,2019 (Saturday) at 11 AM with Deputy commissioner Pulwama regarding the conduct of BOSE Exam at DC office Complex Pulwama.
Meanwhile, District Development Commissioner Shopian, Choudary Mohammad Yasin chaired a meeting to finalize the arrangements put in place by the School Education department and BOSE for the conduct of 10th and 12th class examinations in the district.
He said that apart from other arrangements the district administration will arrange transport facility for students appearing in the examination and SRTC buses will ferry the students to the examination centres. He also said that section 144 CrPC will remain imposed in and around examination centres in the district and the prime objective of imposition of section 144 was to curb tendency of external interference, prevent breach of peace and to maintain public tranquility around the examination centres. Pertinently, the district administration has set up a control room in the district in this regard.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Sub Divisional Magistrate Zainapora, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Education Officer, Head of Educational Institutes and officers from BOSE and allied departments.
