A 16 year old boy, Liyakat Ahmad Mir son of Bashir Ahmad Mir resident of Khahmowa Baramulla was drowned in river Jehlum near Pather Masjid, Zaina Kadal, in the jurisdiction of Police station M.R Gunj.
According to police spokesman, he was working in a Bakery Shop at Fateh Kadal. The body of deceased was fished out and handed over to his relatives for last rites.
