SRINAGAR
A boy died when he fell from a hilltop in Khrew area of Pampore. A police statement said on Monday.
It added that two boys 14 years old Waris Ahmad son of Abdul Salam and 15 years old Amar Ahmad son of Abdul Satar residents of Khrew were walking on hilltop near Greenland Cement Factory, Woyen, Awantipora.
During their walk out Waris Ahmad slipped down resulting in his on spot death. The body of the boy was retrieved and later handed over his relatives for last rites.
