The braid of a woman was cut for second time in Bonpora locality of Batamaloo on Monday afternoon.
Reports said that the braid of the lady identified as Bilala was earlier cut on October 4 by braid choppers and some days later her daughters braid was also found chopped off.
Local sources said that the lady has also suffered injuries as she tried to resist the braid choppers. “She has suffered injuries in her face,” a local informed.
Meanwhile, police have rushed to the spot and arrested the lady and her husband, locals added.
