SRINAGAR: In a distressing turn of events, a dispute between two brothers has resulted in one sibling sustaining critical injuries.
The altercation between the siblings occurred in the Hanjivera Payeen area of Pattan in North Kashmir. One of the brothers wielded an axe, attacking the other.
The injured individual, identified as Muzaffar Hussain Dar, son of Ghulam Mohammad Dar aged, 30, was immediately transported to Pattan Hospital, from where he has been referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment, a police official told Kashmir Life.
Police have also confirmed that they have made certain arrests in this regard and initiated an investigation.
