According to officials, the sentry on duty spotted suspicious activity near the border around 1 AM. Reacting quickly, BSF personnel fired multiple rounds in the direction of the movement to deter any potential threat.

Following the gunfire, a search operation was immediately launched to rule out any security breach. Senior BSF officials, including the Deputy Inspector General (DIG), arrived at the site in the morning to assess the situation. (KNT)
