In compliance to the directions passed by High Court, Budgam Court on Saturday nominated Javaid Hubbi as amicus curie.
“In compliance to the directions passed by High Court, Javaid Mohammad Hubbi, Advocate having mobile no 9419006586 is hereby nominated as amicus curie in cases where the litigants are not in a position to approach the court through Video Conference,” reads the statement.
“Similarly, in compliance to the directions passed by High Court, Tabassum, Civil Judge Jr Division Budgam with mobile no 7889835567 and Aadil Mushtaq, Ld Civil Judge Jr Division Magam with mobile no 9419406579 were nominated for receipt and redressal of complaints regarding VC.”
