Terming the finance minister Dr Haseeb A Drabu a “dream merchant”, National Conference (NC) leader Devender Singh Rana Thursday said that the budget presented by Dr Drabu is a “bundle of lies”.
He was reacting on the budget 2017-18 presented in the legislature by Dr Drabu yesterday.
Accusing Dr Drabu of juggling figures in his budget speech, Rana said, “The Finance Minister is sowing seeds which the soil was not ready to take.”
