Burglars broke into four shops in the KP road area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag town during the intervening night of September 8 and 9 and decamped with cash and accessories.
The shopkeepers told that they found the locks of their shops broken in the morning and cash missing.
The shops where burglars looted accessories and cash include computer hardware and digital shop, Kidswear, cell phone shop, and a fruit shop, all located near the General Bus stand, KP Road.
The owner of the mobile shop said that burglars have also stolen his laptop.
A police official said that they have taken the cognizance of the incident and have registered a case. (KNT)
