The Cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, approved transfer of land to the Health and Medical Education Department for establishment of new Medical Colleges at Kathua, Rajouri and Baramulla districts.
However, in the case of the proposed medical college at Kathua 200 Kanal of State land in the two identified villages would be provided to the H&ME department, the official spokesperson said.
