The Cabinet which met Monday under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah discussed the budget proposals.
The Cabinet also complimented the Finance Minister, Finance Department, Commercial Taxes and Excise Department for their outstanding performance in tax administration and collection.
