The Cabinet which met in Srinagar on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, ordered constitution of a Sub-Committee of the Cabinet, to go-over the cadre review proposal for the IAS and KAS prepared by the establishment-cum-Selection Committee.
“Deputy Chief Minister shall be the Chairman of the Sub-Committee with Minister for Health and Medical Education, Minister for Science and Technology/Animal Husbandry, Minister for Finance, Labour & Employment and Culture and Minister for Education as its Members,” the official spokesperson said.
The Sub-Committee shall submit its report within a month, the spokesperson said.
