The state cabinet which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Syeed Wednesday has decided to meet again on Thursday.
“The Cabinet meeting is scheduled for 4 Pm on Thursday in which the governors address for the upcoming budget session will be finalized,” One of the cabinet minister confirmed.
Meanwhile sources said that the cabinet which met today modified the content of governor’s speech and both the parties have drafted the Governor’s speech again as per the PDP-BJP common minimum program (CMP).
They added that the address will formally be sent to the Governor N.N Vohara who will address a joint session of legislature on March 18.
Sources said that all the cabinet ministers of both PDP and BJP were present in the cabinet meeting on Wednesday however Sajad Lone did not attend the meeting.
