The state cabinet is scheduled to meet at Civil Secretariat here on Friday morning under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
Sources told a local news agency, KNS that the cabinet will give approval to the ban of doctors private practice. Till recently the government had placed ban on the private practice of head of departments only.
They said the cabinet may also take a call on some minor transfers in the administration.
