Forces on Friday launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in Ghat Tokuna village of Beighpora in south Kashmir’s Awantipora.
The officials said that operation was launched after a tip-off about the presence of militants in the village. House to house searches in the village was in progress.
Massive deployment of forces has been made in and around the village.
