SRINAGAR: Government forces on Sunday lanched a cordon and search operations twin villages of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Reports said that a joint team of army, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF cordoned off the Keegam and Reshipora villages.
They said the search operations were launched in the villages following inputs about the presence of militants.
Sources said that large numbers of forces have been deployed in and door to door search operation were going on.
