In an official communiqué, CAT clarified that the claims circulating online are false and malicious. It confirmed that a contempt petition, numbered 225 of 2024, is currently pending and has been listed for hearing on April 28, 2025. However, no such warning or directive has been issued by the tribunal so far.

The tribunal urged the public to verify information through official channels and refrain from spreading unverified content.
