A youth was caught by locals in Uri last night.
According to reports, locals in Uri caught a youth Saturday night and thrashed him, said police.
Giving details, youth identified as Mohammad Saleem S/O Manzoor Ahmad is a resident of Motihar Bihar was caught by locals. The reports said he was alleged to be braid chopper.
Station House Officer Uri Parvez Khan said that “he is being interrogated.”
