CBSE Declares Class 10 Results

   

SRINAGAR: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results of the Class 10 Board Examinations 2025 today, reporting a national pass percentage of 93.66 per cent. The figure marks a slight increase of 0.06% compared to last year’s pass rate of 93.60 per cent.

Girls have once again outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 95 per cent, while boys recorded a 92.63 per cent success rate. The data, published on the CBSE’s official website, highlights that 8.43 per cent of candidates scored above 90 per cent, and 1.92 per cent secured marks exceeding 95 per cent.

In terms of academic challenges, 5.96 per cent of students have been placed in the compartment category, indicating they will have to appear for re-examinations in one or more subjects.

The CBSE has made the results available on its official platforms, and students have been advised to check their marks online. The Board’s consistent pass percentage reflects stability in academic performance across the country, with a continuing trend of girls leading the scoreboard.
