SRINAGAR: The Army on Tuesday said that the Pak Army continued initiating unprovoked small arms fire across the Line of Control in Kupwara, Baramulla, and Akhnoor.
“During the night of April 28-29, 2025, the Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked small arms firing across the Line of Control in areas opposite Kupwara and Baramulla districts, as well as the Akhnoor sector. The Indian Army responded in a measured and effective manner to the provocation,” the Army said in a statement.
As per officials, Pak Army has been continuously violating the ceasefire on the Line of Control for the sixth consecutive day. (GNS)
