SRINAGAR: The Government of India has approved an extension of tenure for two senior officers serving as Directors in the Prime Minister’s Office, according to an official memorandum issued by the Department of Personnel and Training.
Under the order, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has granted a one-year extension to Parthiban P., extending his central deputation beyond 25 June 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Similarly, Amrit Agrahari has also been given a one-year extension in the Prime Minister’s Office beyond 9 July 2026, or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
The order, issued from Kartavya Bhavan in New Delhi, states that both officers will continue in their respective roles to ensure continuity in administrative functioning within the Prime Minister’s Office.
