Awantipora police recovered about 13 kgs of Charas from a house at Sofigund, Tral.
On a tip off, a police party from police station Tral recovered about 13 kgs of Charas from the residential house of Ghulam Nabi Sofi son of Ghulam Ahmad Sofi resident of Sofigund Tral. Police recovered 10.6 Kg grinded charas, 1.8 Kg charas in powder shape and 0.5 Kg charas in sachets that was concealed in the house and arrested the accused Ghulam Nabi Sofi.
A case FIR No. 01/2014 under section 8/20 NDPS Act was registered in police station Tral in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
