Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Friday in a statement issued here said that the massacre of 35 “innocent Sikh brethren” at Chitisnghpora, “cold-blooded murder” of five innocent Kashmiris in Pathribal and “brutal killing” of 8 more people who were protesting against these two “massacres” at Barakpora are all glaring example of Indian state “sponsored terrorism” in Jammu Kashmir.
“Rewarding those involved in these killings instead of punishing them shows how Indian rulers have been using undemocratic brutal means to keep their occupation on Jammu Kashmir intact. All these massacres show the brutal face of Indian occupation. People who were involved in all these massacres instead of being punished got a reward which is yet another clear show of state terrorism and example of undemocratic attitude under the garb of democracy,” the statement added.
The statement further said that after Chitisingpora massacre where 35 Sikh brothers and sisters were killed on the arrival of US President Bill Clinton in India, Indian Rulers, army, SOG along with the then so-called chief minister “Farooq Abdullah” claimed to have eliminated those involved in Chitisinghpora massacre. “But only after few days the false “claims of Indians got exposed and truth prevailed.”
“Despite these exposures no killer involved in these massacres till date has been penalized; instead they have been rewarded for their crimes.”’
