City Club Drass lifted the 6th CEC Rolling Ice Hockey Tournament 2013 for the Fourth Consecutive year defeating Nindum Khangral one by 15 goals. Both the team reached the Final by defeating 12 teams and was played at Ice Hockey Ring Biamathang Kargil.

The tournament started on January 21, 2013 and concluded on January 24, 2013 which was organized by Youth Service and Sports Department Kargil. During the whole tournament and on the final thousands of Spectators were seen enjoying the game despite of the Minimum -21 Degree Celsius.

Mohammad Ismail of City Club Drass was adjudged the Man of the Match for his 6 goal in the Final Match and was adjudged Man of the Series for his outstanding 14 goals during the whole tournament. Chief Executive Councilor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan was Chief Guest, who gave away winners and runners-up trophies as also other individual prizes on the final and valedictory function.

Executive Councilor for Agriculture and Revenue LAHDC Kargil Haji Ghulam Amir Kamran was the Guest of Honour on this occasion who gave away the consolation prizes amongst the players.

The LAHDC has decided to promote winter sports at block level, so that budding talent could be groomed, CEC Disclosed while Speaking on the occasion, and by next year an international standard winter sports infrastructure with Central assistance from Special Task Force with training facility for round the year.
