Clashes broke out between the forces and youth on Sunday after government forces launched a Cordon and search operation in Sirnoo village of south Kashmir’s district Pulwama.
Reports said that scores of the youth assembled and pelted stones soon after forces launched a search operation at Kar Mohalla in Sirnoo village to disrupt the CASO. Forces retaliate with tear gas shells and aerial firing to disperse the protestors.
Police official said that a cordon and search operation was launched in the village as a routine exercise.
Heavy contingents forces have been deployed in the area and search operation is going on, sources said.
