Soon after the killing of two militants, intense clashes erupted between youth and government forces near the gunfight site in Srinagar city outskirts on Saturday.
Reports said that soon after the news of the killing of two militants during an encounter spread, scores of the youth took to streets and pelted government forces with stones, triggering clashes.
Earlier, two militants were killed in a gunfight that broke out after a joint team of forces cordoned off the Khunmoh area of Pampore on Saturday morning.
