Ms Mehbooba Mufti, the first woman Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, has reached Secretariat in Jammu. After she was given guard of honour, Ms Mehbooba took a round of the administrative office in winter capital.
Sources in the secretariat said that Ms Mehbooba will chair a meeting of her council of ministers at 1 PM.
Yet, the portfolios to the ministers have not been distributed.
After the meeting is over, Ms Mufti is chairing a meeting of Commissioner Secretaries, sources added.
