Much surprise to the people present in Press Enclave Srinagar, officials from Srinagar Development Authority removed the foundation stone of Multiparking at old State Motor Garages here laid by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday.
Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti laid foundation stone of Multiparking here in Srinagar in presence of Minister of State for Health Asiya Naqash and Member of Legislative Council Muhammad Khurshid Aalam. The Chief Minister promised to SDA officials of reward if they completed the project in two years. However, shortly after the departure of the Chief Minister, the SDA officials removed the foundation stone and took it along with them.
Vice Chairman Srinagar Development Authority Tehseen Mustafa confirmed to CNS that foundation stone was removed but added that it will be erected again once the first block of the multiplex parking will be completed.
