The new office operates as a single-window system designed to streamline grievance redressal, integrate data-driven decision-making, and promote strategic communication. The Raabta system named for its meaning “connection,” combines digital tools with on-ground engagement to address grievances effectively and ensure timely service delivery.

During his inaugural visit, the Chief Minister toured the facility, reviewed its operations, and interacted with officers. He highlighted the importance of citizen engagement and directed officials to prioritise timely resolution of grievances while maintaining open and proactive communication with the public.

The office will employ a hybrid communication model, including an online grievance portal, a dedicated helpline, and periodic in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility for all citizens.
