The meeting is scheduled for 12 noon, according to a notice from the General Administration Department.

On Tuesday, the Chief Minister chaired a similar meeting in Pahalgam with his council of ministers.

As per reports the decision to hold meetings outside the Civil Secretariat is aimed at reducing fear and building public confidence. The move is meant to show that normal activities can continue and to support the return of tourists.

The government is also hosting tour and travel operators from across India as part of the broader effort to promote tourism in the region.
