SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir administration led by Lt Governor G C Murmu has decided to open durbar in Srinagar on July 6. The offices will close in Jammu on June 26.
An official order issued by the General Administration Department said that Civil Secretariat will reopen open in Jammu as well as in Srinagar and the staff will work on “as is where is” basis. The same rule will apply to move offices that are outside the civil secretariat.
The Civil Secretariat Treasury and the JK Bank Branch that operates from the civil secretary will also operate from both the places. The Estates, Information Technology department and the dispensary will also follow the same principle – operating from both the places.
