Indian National Congress’s Nawang Rigzin Jora leads from Leh with a margin of 697 votes leaving behind BJP Chering Dorjay. In last election Jora secured 19008 votes and won.
In Kargil, 49, Asgar Ali Karbalaie, representing Indian National Congress (INC) leading by 1208 votes National Conferences’s Kacho Mohammed Hussain. In last elections, NC’s Qamar Ali Akhoon won by securing 22935 votes.
In Zanskar, 50, an independent candidate Syed Mohammad Baqir Rizvi leading with a margin of 1201 leaving behind INC’s Ghulam Raza. Last election’s NC’s Feroz Ahmad Khan had won securing 6552 votes.
