The team met Pradesh Congress Committee president Tariq Hamid Karra, AICC general secretary and MLA Dooru, Ghulam Ahmad Mir, former Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand and former PCC president Vikar Rasool.

When contacted, Ghulam Ahmad Mir confirmed that he met the committee.

The committee continued its interactions with top leaders on Sunday, meeting several former and sitting MLAs.

“The panel would continue its interaction with the party leaders today,” sources said.

On June 12, the Congress high command constituted a three-member committee to look into incidents of indiscipline in the party’s Jammu and Kashmir unit. The panel comprises Shaktisinh Gohil (convener), Amar Singh (member) and Rafeek Khan (member). (KNO)
