As many as 11 samples that were diagnosed for Covid-19 at the SKIMS laboratory have turned positive, sources said.

An official told Kashmir Life that eleven persons have been tested positive for COVID19 at SKIMS.

“Of the 11 new cases, six are from Kupwara, 2 from Shopian, 1 from Bandipora, 1 from Baramulla and one from Budgam,” he said.

An official said all the cases are contacts of the earlier positive cases.

He added that 358 samples have tested positive and 9009 samples have tested negative at SKIMS till date.

As of now, J&K has reported 625 cases, of which 390 are Active Positive, 216 have recovered and 8 have died.
