As many as fifteen samples that were diagnosed for Covid-19 at the SKIMS laboratory have turned positive, sources said. With eight from GMC laboratory, the total number of Covid-19 positive cases on Monday is 23.

An official told Kashmir Life that 15 persons have been tested positive for COVID19 at SKIMS.

He said among the fresh cases, five each are from Shopian and Baramulla, three from Bandipora and one each from Budgam and Kupwara.

Being Covid-19 Positive

He added that 319 samples have tested positive and 6452 samples have tested negative at SKIMS till date.

Earlier eight patients have tested positive at CD hospital Srinagar.

As of now, J&K has reported 546 cases, out of which 479 were in Kashmir and 57 in Jammu. Seven have died, while 137 recovered. More than 66977 people have been kept under surveillance.
