The J&K home department on Tuesday deployed 20 DySPs to district headquarters to assist health authorities in contact-tracing and quarantining the suspected or positive cases of novel Coronavirus in Jammu and Kashmir.

A statement said the officers will remain deployed for three months from the date of their posting.

The officers will remain exclusively on the assignment during the period of deployment and will report to the District Control Room on Wednesday.
