On completion of successful treatment, twenty more COVID-19 patients admitted after testing positive more than two weeks back at various referral centres were discharged at JLNM hospital Srinagar on Thursday.
Dr Bilquis Shah from the JLNM told Kashmir Life that 20 patients were discharged from the hospital after their recovery from COVID-19 infection.
She added that one patient was discharged from the hospital after 25 days as he was symptomatic and tested repeatedly positive four times before testing negative.
“Rest of the patients were asymptomatic and were discharged after 20 days from JLNM Hospital Rainawari Srinagar,” she said.
“Now total positive patients admitted at JLNM Hospital at present are 34,” Dr Bilquis Shah said.
