Twenty more people have tested positive of the novel coronavirus in Kashmir, taking the number of Covid-19 patients in J&K  to 614.

An official said that among twenty cases were confirmed at the Government Medical College led laboratory in Chest Disease hospital Dalgate.

He said 542 samples had been tested at the CD hospital laboratory in 24 hours out of which 20 samples have tested positive when this report was filed.

Among new positive cases, he said 12 are from Anantnag district, four from Kulgam, two from Pulwama, and two from Bemina area of Srinagar.
