As many as seven more persons have tested positive on Tuesday, taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 921.
Dr S Saleem Khan, in-charge COVID19 at Government Medical College Srinagar said seven samples were tested positive for COVID19 at CD hospital.
While giving details, he said, among seven new cases four people are hailing from Kokernag area of Anantnag district, two from Reasi and one from Kathua.
Dr Khan said 826 samples had been tested at the lab in CD Hospital on Tuesday of which seven samples were positive.
He said two Reasi cases are contacts of the earlier positive cases. He added that the person from Kathua had travelled from Uttar Pradesh.
As of now, J&K has reported 921 cases, out of which 484 are Active Positive, 427 have recovered and 10 have died.
