In view of the preventive measures taken to contain the spread of Coronavirus, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) today issued a duty roaster for the officer/officials.
According to the order, Director Finance, Additional Secretary (J)/(M), Deputy Director Planning, and Under Secretary (S)/(M) and PLO shall attend the officer as per routine. The Officials of the department have been clubbed into Group I and Group II. The Group I shall work from March 28 to April 4, 2020, and from 15 April to 22 April 2020.
Furthermore, the officials put in Group II shall work from April 6 to April 11, 2020, and from April 23 to April 30, 2020. The groups will be assisted by officials working in the personal section of the Administrative Secretary FCS&CA accordingly in batches.
According to the order issued by Additional Secretary FCS&CA Jugal Kishore Anand, the arrangement shall remain in force till further orders.
