Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday announced prohibitions on the movement of people from 7 PM to 7 AM to contain the spread of Coronavirus.

Taking to social networking site Twitter, government spokesman Rohit Kansal wrote, “Prohibitions (Curfew) on movement in ALL areas between 7 PM and 7 AM. No movement without passes. Medical emergencies exempted.”

As of now, J&K has reported 701 cases, of which 406 are Active Positive, 287 have recovered and eight have died.
