Srinagar Municipal Corporation Corporator among ten persons have tested positive for Covid-19 in Kashmir, raising the total of COVID19 confirmed cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 736.
An official said that nine cases were confirmed at Viral Diagnostic Lab at SKIMS Soura and one has tested at CD hospital.
“Of the 9 new cases at SKIMS, six are from Shopian, two from Bandipora and one from Baramulla,” he said.
He said that SMC Corporator who’s brother was tested positive on May 1, has been tested positive for novel coronavirus at the Government Medical College led laboratory in CD hospital.
As of now, J&K has reported 736 cases, of which 425 are Active Positive, 303 have recovered and eight have died.
