SRINAGAR: Two more persons tested positive for coronavirus in Ladakh on Saturday, taking the total number of cases in the region to 99.
Meanwhile, two infected persons recovered and were discharged from the hospital. The number of active cases in the Ladakh region is 48.
According to the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services, Ladakh, a total of 22 samples were tested. Out of these, 17 were from Leh district and five from Kargil district.
“Three positive and 14 negative reports are from Leh district and two positive and three negative reports from Kargil district,” the media bulletin said, adding that the condition of all 48 active cases of Covid in Ladakh was stable.
