The Convergent Journalism department of the Central University of Kashmir (CUK) is organising a one-day counselling programme for candidates aspiring to take admissions in Mass Communication and Journalism in different institutions.
The programme would be held at the Magarmal Bagh Campus of the CUK on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 11 AM.
Those interested in pursuing journalism as a career would be guided by a team of academicians and experts in the field of journalism about the ways and means to crack the entrance examinations in media studies.
The first 50 aspirants, who can register themselves by mailing an application containing details regarding their educational qualification, experience of working or writing in media (if any), full residential and/postal address with contact number and email id, till the evening of March 18, 2013, would be considered for the coaching-cum-counselling programme.
