CRPF Man Injured As Rifle Goes Off Accidentally

SRINAGAR: A paramilitary CRPF trooper was injured in an accidental fire in the Anantnag district of south Kashmir on Thursday.

Quoting a police official news agency GNS reported that a trooper, driver with CRPF 63 battalion, was injured when the service weapon of his colleague went off near Srigufara area of the Anantnag.

The trooper has suffered injuries in his leg and was immediately evacuated to the hospital. “His condition is stated to be stable,” the officials added.
