CRPF Man Injured In Srinagar Grenade Attack

SRINAGAR: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) trooper was injured on Saturday after suspected militants hurled a grenade towards security forces in Sanantnagar area of South Kashmir’s Srinagar district.

Confirming the incident a police officer told GNS that militants lobbed a grenade on CRPF in Sanantnagar. In this incident, one trooper of CRPF received minor injuries and was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
