Commandant 45 Bn. CRPF has reported that Head constable Pankaj Kumar Mishra No. 913227241 of Janpur UP developed pain in his chest at his unit in Sumbal and was shifted to local Public Health Centre where doctors declared him brought dead. A police statement said that it has started inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
