A paramilitary CRPF trooper was injured after his service rifle went off accidentally in Kulgam district of South Kashmir on Wednesday.
A police official told GNS that a CRPF constable Sunil Kumar received bullet injuries after his service rifle went off accidentally near court complex in the district while performing his duty.
The trooper was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment. However, his condition is said to be stable.
