SRINAGAR
Chief Secretary led an official delegation including Director General of Police, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, District Magistrate Srinagar including other officers to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s residence and then to residence of PDP patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed.
Reports said that both the leaders congratulated the officers for conducting fair and free election.
Pertinently, assembly election results were declared Wednesday after successful five phase of elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
PDP secured 28 seats, BJP 25 while NC got only 15 as the elections came to an end this evening.
